Why is it so hard to blog?

I think this has been the worst term for me when it comes to blogging! I have no idea why. It just keeps sneaking up on me and then I'm like "Oh my gosh I haven't blogged this week!".
Let's see....what's new? Well I've been very busy getting my home based business off the ground as it is my soul source of income at the moment. I never realized how time consuming it would be until I find myself having to choose between home, housework, or work work! Trying to fit it all in is a huge challenge for me. But I'm doing it for the most part. Seriously, I'm afraid to look at my gradebook! (cringe!)

Monday Monday

I have a lot to do today, "I got no time for the jibba-jabba" (Mr T, 1983). How's that for an in text quote! I am still wondering about my thesis statement. I have to email prof and ask her if what I have might work. I meant to do it right after class and life picked up where it left off before class and I forgot. Well I'll stop for a sec and do the dishes send out that email.

Still doing income taxes

Well this weekend was lovely. It was a comfortable 70 degrees and partly cloudy. I had a great time with my family. But then I received calls to do taxes. TAXES after April 15th!! Not only that the return that I have to do is quite complicated and missing info. It's going to me tough. I think I might have to call the investment company so that I can get the basis for some stock sales. Not looking forward to that especially since it is for transactions taking place in 2007. What an end to a wonderful weekend.

Where does time go when it's finished with us??

I tell you what, I would love to find some more of it! I don't know why but I am finding it much harder to blog this time around.

Unit 2 - Progress is made so far

I'm late! This is my first post of the term. I think it's because I sometimes I have a hard time getting started. I can't say that I am a writer or even like to write. It's more of a necessity due to obligation.

What's new this week:

This week and last I have taken on the challenge of potty training. When I state that I have taken on the challenge it's because I think I was the one holding up progress. Not my daughter. She has been showing signs of readiness for some time and I was forced into action when she stripped down and pooped in the living room. Talk about motivated!
I must say that her progress is wonderful and she is doing quite well, and so am I for that matter. Thank God for pull ups.
